The Arc
Built a Haitian coffee brand from a single bag into a distribution operation, in one of the most saturated consumer categories on earth.
Opened a flagship cafe and event space — owned, not leased — turning a brand into a place.
Started coaching founders behind me through the same walls I'd already broken through: capital, brand, team, real estate.
Built media gravity without a PR firm by treating story like a product.
